Michigan boasts some of the most incredible concert venues and event spaces. Many of them are located at casinos across the state. This year, some of the biggest names in music are making their way to the Great Lake State. From Nickelback to Kenny Chesney to Billy Strings and Blink-182, there are dozens of concerts you won’t want to miss. 

February

“Weird” Al Yankovic

Weird Al is making his first stop in Michigan at the State Theatre in Kalamazoo before stopping at the Temple Theatre in Saginaw and then in Detroit. 

  • Thursday, Feb. 2nd – State Theatre in Kalamazoo
  • Monday, Feb. 6th – Temple Theatre in Saginaw
  • Tuesday, Feb. 7th – Fisher Theater in Detroit

Air Supply makes a visit to MGM Grand Detroit for their Anniversary tour rescheduled from July 2022. Hitchcock and Russell will visit Detroit on Saturday, Feb. 4th.

Chris Young performs at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant the same night, Feb. 4th. 

Swedish artist Tove Lo brings her music to Royal Oak Music Theatre on Wednesday, Feb. 15th.

Aaron Lewis visits the Dow Event Center in Saginaw on Thursday, Feb. 23rd.

On Friday, Feb. 24th, Bush is making a stop at the FireKeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan. 

Carrie Underwood performs at the Little Caesars Arena on Sunday, Feb. 26, for a one-night visit to Michigan.

March

Kevin James is putting on three comedy shows in Michigan this year. Two nights at Island Resort and Casino in Harris on Friday, March 3rd, and Saturday, March 4th, and one night at the Fillmore in Detroit on Sunday, March 5th.

American comedian Sarah Silverman brings her Grow Some Lips tour to the Fillmore in Detroit on Saturday, March 11th. 

John Mayer is stopping his train on Wednesday, March 22nd, by the Little Caesars Arena.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band conclude the month at the Little Caesars Arena on Wednesday, March 29th. 

April

Jim Gaffigan is hosting two comedy shows in Michigan this year, one on Friday, Apr. 14th, at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw and another on Saturday, Apr. 15th, at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids.

Country singer Luke Combs visits Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday, Apr. 22nd.

May

Chicago performs at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant on Friday, May 5th.

Kenny Chesney and Kelsea Ballerini visit the Van Andel Arena on Saturday, May 6th.

On Tuesday, May 9th, Blink-182 will be visiting the Little Caesars Arena.

Foreigner fans can catch their farewell tour at the Wings Event Center in Kalamazoo on Friday, May 19th.

Seal performs at the Fox Theatre in Detroit on Sunday, May 21st.

Janet Jackson and Ludacris close out the month at Little Caesars Arena on Wednesday, May 24th.

June

On Wednesday, June 7th, the Little Caesars Arena hosts Paramore.

Then a few days later, one of the biggest concerts of the year comes to Ford Field. On Friday, June 9th, and Saturday, June 10th, Taylor Swift hosts two concerts at Ford Field.

Billy Strings brings his eclectic tunes to a sold-out show at Pine Knob Music Theatre on Friday, June 16th.

Nickelback makes a stop on its Get Rollin’ Tour at Pine Knob Music Theatre on Friday, June 16th.

John Mellencamp performs at DeVos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, June 21st.
